★★★★★ Fun game but my progress has been reset to level 1, I think I was level 16 or 17! Grateful if this can be resolved

★★★★★ Progress lost. This game brings back childhood memories. It is fun. I could have given a 5 star. But I encountered an issue. I was a rank 10 (I think? Or 11?) Then I opened the app the next day to find I am back in rank 1. I can still use rank 10 weapons, though. But I would like this issue fixed, please. If only there is a direct way to ask for support. But your help & support button in app just takes me to Netflix's site.

★★☆☆☆ Game is very cool but doesn't save the progress. Every time u open the game is in level 1. Yes, tou save the weapons and ships but no the level progress. Not cool. Fix it!

★★☆☆☆ My player rank/progress was lost/reset!! I went from level 18 to level 1. Still retained earned weapon unlocks and ship purchases, but lost access to earned titles. This would be 5 stars except I've lost hours of progress towards future weapon unlocks!! Plz fix and restore my progress. Thank you!
