50% of the time I use this app it fails to let me end the trip causing me to incur excessive charges (it is already a very expensive service). Most areas have speed throttled or are no parking zones making it mostly useless. Often the app fails to geolocate the device properly inside zones which prevents you from parking. Avoid using!

Complete ripoff, beach boardwalk where the scooter was unlocked was considered a no park no ride zone. One of the Scooters had no battery and the other two could go no faster than 10 km/hour. In the end we paid $45 for two slow and one broken scooters for 7 minutes of trying to find a zone that allowed us to ride. Garbage.

Had the worse ever experience, got charged RM 20 includes unlocking charges, rate per second etc. and didn't even get to ride for even a bit. And due to its invasive software my phone now has white screen of death and needs to be repaired. My disappointment is immeasurable, and my day is ruined, all thanks to beam.

Charges too expensive. Take grab car cheaper than you. Please downgrade the price range

Charged 10 dollars to travel about 10 meters to realize the scooter has been parked in exclusion zone with many others, and to have to drag it back to the parking spot (in the exclusion zone...). Requested refund but have not received it. 0 stars if I could.
