Food is always awesome here but when using the app I tried to redeem 2 cups of soups with my rewards points, but it used 100 points for 2 cups of soups and only discounted 1.

10/2021: Clumsy, unintuitive UI, and crashes every time I place an order. Have lost rewards due to the crashes. I think the app is the only way to earn rewards so the very fact it fails to work is frustrating for someone who orders a ton of food from here. The company they hired to build this app needs to overhaul it instead of putting out a dysfunctional mess. 12/2023 update: same thing. Just lost another rewards after redeeming it and the app crashing. Delete this and start again
