I've tried therapists before and couldn't find the right fit or the right help. Sometimes I couldn't find help by even getting a call back. My first therapist here after a couple of months along with the other tools of the app have been so very helpful, and I recommend it.

This is a great platform for help with mental health issues that can work with you for nights and weekend appointments, and you are also allowed to massage your therapist and they have group classes kinda like group therapy and support group combined, and then they have several other tools you can use all included in the price of your therapy appointments

Awful Experience for the price. The software is glitchy, both on the laptop and on the phone app. The app would shut down randomly during sessions. One of the class facilitators attacked people personally in a session. I was given one week refund after paying for four weeks and only getting one session. The first week they couldn't find anyone avl, and when they finally did, the therapist was a no show. When I reached out to her, she said BetterHelp never told her about the meeting.

Overpriced. Even with insurance it would be $150 per session or $65 week on a subscription service. For reference, an in person therapy appointment with my insurance is $40.

Donna San Salvador. 1 session. Awful therapist who needed therapy. I told BH about my experience as left the app a few years ago. There were several things wrong with how she handled me but the thing that sticks out the most is her question about my boyfriend's and my money as I expressed my problems. After leaving a complaint I checked her social media and found a post about being tired of financial struggles while helping rich clients. She said that's why she quit. AVOID! I was poor btw.
