Arrogant bank. They won't let me bank with them again because I once had an account and closed it years ago. I have already spoken to your staff on the phone. They told me no I can't open account again since I had one before

I gave the bank 5 stars. Recently. Then they blocked my debit card and banking App. Their fraud department is very heavy-handed. And very cold-hearted. They will tell you that they are just protecting you from being scamed. They are worse than any scammer who may take some of your money. They take it all. They tell you that they are investing and will give you access when they have finished their investigation. They never ask you any questions. Avoid Beyond Bank and their App.

Kept getting notifications stating that we insufficient funds for a direct debit, but there was no way of finding what direct debit was due to come out. When our car was stolen we realized to late that it was actually our car insurance direct debt which had been cancelled, and we lost our cover $25,000 cover partly due to lack of information available on this app.

This is the worst bank. They locked me out my account held my money. Said they will vid call me to check my ID then transfer my money. They didn't call I had to call them. Then This rude guy gets on the phone and tells me they will not vid call me I have to go into the bank. I explained I can't get there as I'm further away and looking after my mum whose sick. He didn't care just repeated him self saying I can uber and train to the bank. Then hung up on me when I asked for a manger. Rudest Bank

This app works well and is easy to use. The one problem I have is that making payments is more difficult in the app than via the website. This is because in the app the payee list is NOT sorted by "most recent" as it is on the website. Scrolling through a long, alphabetical list of payees is not just annoying. It increases the risk of payment errors if there happen to be several similarly named payees. The app should allow the sorting of payees by "most recently paid", but it does not.
