I am brand new to the app I found the app easy to install and use. I have one issue 10 hours is not enough time. The Math doesn't add up. If I park my bike commute for an hour on Bart each way that's 10 hours. People like myself are on Bart for more than two hours each day. Add in Bart delays and being to work early enough so Iwe are not late. Then a standard job works 8 hours. Not to mention and occasional overtime day. 10 hours could not be enough.

Wow! Intuitive, and so easy! I opted for the APP vs. a card, and had all kinds of anxiety as a visual learner and preferred a physical card. I used a locker for the first time today and the APP could not have been easier. In proximity to the locker, swipe to open lock. Upon return, ending time and swipe to unlock. I appreciate the count-down timer too --so helpful to plan my return trip. Thank you for making this so efficient from set up, to verification, to usability.

It's really good. I just wish it would have explained that a person needs to be close to the locker in order to rent it. A step by step would be helpful to new renters.

Easy to set up and get bike parking fast. Next steps appeared as I entered info. I like that the app shows you which lockers are open at your location.

Multiple days in a row the locker I rented does not show up on the application. I end up having to call support Every time now just to open the locker... Not very convenient

It is impossible to end the rental without calling. Every time I end the rental and retrieve my bike using the app, it doesn't actually end, and keeps running until I call support. Support does usually answer and end it for me within 10 min.
