I am brand new to the app I found the app easy to install and use. I have one issue 10 hours is not enough time. The Math doesn't add up. If I park my bike commute for an hour on Bart each way that's 10 hours. People like myself are on Bart for more than two hours each day. Add in Bart delays and being to work early enough so Iwe are not late. Then a standard job works 8 hours. Not to mention and occasional overtime day. 10 hours could not be enough.

Great app. Flawless operation, avoiding the problems reported by others. Stand at the Bike Link locker, open the app. It tells you which lockers are available and asked you to choose one. Look for the locker labels and make your choice. The gate opens, and voilà. The app makes this so much easier than the old technique inserting a card into the locker.

It's really good. I just wish it would have explained that a person needs to be close to the locker in order to rent it. A step by step would be helpful to new renters.

It is impossible to end the rental without calling. Every time I end the rental and retrieve my bike using the app, it doesn't actually end, and keeps running until I call support. Support does usually answer and end it for me within 10 min.

Bad experience all the way around... they never had any bike lockers available...

Multiple days in a row the locker I rented does not show up on the application. I end up having to call support Every time now just to open the locker... Not very convenient
