My favorite Fintech company. The verification process was a bit difficult but once it's done the app is flawless. I transfer funds with revolut and it arrives immediately. I use the app mainly for the cashback, and it's working flawlessly - no subscription fees, very generous cashback in stable coin (not some shady fluctuating token) that is available immediately without locking periods. They use Arbitron, so no centralized scams. Super impressive stuff and saves me a lot of money.

Support is practically in existent, haven't been able to transfer funds into the account in 3 days. Also, Steam (which supposedly has Cashback) just doesn't work: Steam does not accept cards outside your registered home country, and the debit card turns out to be registered in the US, making it useless. Anyways, it's all hype and nothing else.

The whole app seems to be flaky and unreliable. I can't get by the KYC - as a resident of Bulgaria, a country which is a part of EEA, they want me to provide not only I'd card, but also a passport (we're a part of Schengen people, I mean c'mone?). And a residence permit??? For the country I've been born in and lived in all my life, a part of EU since 1997... I already uploaded my proof of address and paycheck as a proof of income. I'm really worried about the information I provided already.
