Blue Bus provided an awful experience. The original bus was replaced with an inadequate one, the AC barely worked from the start and eventually failed completely, and we waited nearly two hours before leaving the city. None of the advertised comfort features (spacious seats, headphones, USB charging ports) were provided. Passengers were left cramped and uncomfortable throughout the trip. Customer service was also dismissive and unhelpful despite multiple complaints.

This is one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. The payment process is extremely frustrating — after selecting a seat and receiving a notification that the payment was successful, the booking doesn’t go through. Then you're forced to wait 15 minutes before trying again to reserve the same seat.

VIP buses' condition are horrible. The worst experience ever. Unsafe driving skills, uncomfortable chairs, tight spaces for legs, loud engine sounds, unsteady wheels mechanically, no maintenance. Complained many times without response. Never recommend using it.

App always asking to update however no updates available, business VIP BUS became scrap and need maintenance everywhere
