Comments on BMW Group Technician Connect for Android

★★★★☆ Thomas Murphy · Feb 3, 2023

After latest update, app won't even open. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, still will not open. Update, app working now, thank you.

★★★★★ Nelson Urbina · Oct 17, 2022

Love it! I don't need to be in front of my PC all the time. The notifications are great, keeps me up to day with the newest bulletins and service information.

★★★★★ Tony Foley · Mar 1, 2024

Very handy to have this info on phone, without the clunky SGate login process via mobile browser. SIB and Technical notifications are worth the 5 stars, the rest has been slowly improving. Keep it up!

★★★★☆ Yeeteroni Yeetyeet · Nov 10, 2020

404 error not found when searching for training manuals...

★★☆☆☆ Zachary Lund · Dec 29, 2023

Newest update removed Motor rad TIS and replaced it with a duplicate TMSI link.

★☆☆☆☆ Michael Pope · Feb 1, 2023

After latest update the app will not open anymore. Crashes upon launch

★★☆☆☆ dee jones · Apr 5, 2023

When it works it's okay. But much of the time when trying to open tsara it just loads for an hour never opening. Tsara is my most desirable function of this app.

★☆☆☆☆ Alex Perez · Jan 26, 2023

If I could give this a zero star I would. It doesn't load after inputting my credentials

★★☆☆☆ Gage Crawford · Sep 8, 2022

Honestly could be a lot better. When you have a REP up and your screen times out it closes air on you. As well as when you have air open, and you accidentally swipe left it closes air out inside of going to a previous page
