★★★★★ Hi there, I locked my cecotec bongo Serie A connect, and now I can not unlock it. I used other phones with the APP, but the APP is not able to unlock, and it just does not work. I have taken the battery. I left it on for big time and off. But the cecotec stays locked and does not work. How can I reset it? Thanks, Joaquim Reis from Portugal

★★☆☆☆ Is it possible to downgrade the bongo series firmware? I want to be able to go faster than 25 on my own private property. Limitations sucks and I won't ever buy or recommend bongo to anyone

★★☆☆☆ Unless App, What is the point of locking your scooter when you can easily bypass with the power button on the scooter and also is Bluetooth dependent.
