It's 2026, charging experiences as poor as this are simply unacceptable. The gold standard is Instavolt, maybe pricer but actually works first time. Edit - this is at Ruskin Square, a pattern emerges

Secure car park (Ruskin Square) there are 4 new Boost charge chargers, but they're unusable. App is rubbish & keeps failing. Added 3 separate cards (all valid/preauth'ed no issues) but none of my attempts on each card & 4 chargers worked. Then Android Pay - error code! The website link provided keeps crashing & linking to back office Fuse website! The customer assistance(!) phone number doesn't work & just hangs up immediately. No wonder EVs get a bad reputation. Utterly hopeless waste of time.

And so begins the typical process of leaving a one-star review as another company thinks this is the best option rather than acknowledge customer service emails. Charging stopped 1 hour short of the limit, and I was then fined £60 for "overstaying." Zero response after weeks from my first email. I'd currently recommended looking for chargers run by different operators as if you have a problem you may be ignored completely as I have.
