It was fine once I was informed by a kind local that the number ID on the charger was incorrect. On the sticker it says the number is 50629. On the screen it says 52409 which is the number I used and that worked. It would be good if the numbers displayed on the charger were correct!

Easy app use. Good rate. No interrupted service. Very good experience. Only 2 chargers in whole area! Infrastructure for EV charging very poor in Seaton Devon.

Even more failed chargers. They've taken over a lot of the charge place Scotland units but are failing hopelessly at keeping them operational. Getting charged for every failed connect too. Effectively a useless app if they can't keep their chargers working. They have even had the cheek to raise all the prices too across the network. Local chargers not getting fixed for a whole month & have come across so many not working too. Takes ages to get through and report faults.

Not impressed with the abrupt end to the old app with no overlap to allow users chance to change apps. This left me stuck at a Scottish power charge point unable to log in using my now unrecognized log in details, unable to creat a new account as details already in use and to top it off the tap and pay service is still not working. Used an Instavolt instead which was quicker and a hell of a lot easier to use.

Good when it works, but often chargers show as green on the app but when you get there are in use or not working. There should be a quick and easy way to report the charger status is wrong.
