Session worked fine using the app, although theoretically it should have worked with my Octopus electrocard. I might also have been able to start it from the Octopus app. But anyway it was fine with Fuse. The only fault on the app was that the stats didn't update during the session.

App worked smoothly, however, charge box says 22kwh charger but only got speeds of under 7kwh. No other cars were plugged to other charging points there. This was located at Champneys Hen low.

Having to pay £40 up front when you open a Fuse account is a bit rich, especially when I only have a PHEV. The cost is steep. £3 for a charge that took me less than 15 miles

This is one unreliable app which isn't ideal when you really need to charge. They need to sort out authentication badly! I've been kicked out of the app and cannot sign in again, via SSO or via email authentication methods. Unfortunately there is no other way of using their chargers if the app is broken...

In my opinion, the worst public chargers out there. Highly temperamental. They will stop charging before you battery is full and charge you an overstay fee. And on top of that, they fuse doesn't accept responsibility for any of it.
