My employer provides free charging via the Fuse app, so using it is a bit of a no-brainer. The option to set an amount of charge (kWh) would be nice, and control of the charger from a distance could be improved! Overall it's a good fit for my needs though.

As usual very easy to use app once switched from mm01 which did not initiate charge, the other side of post mm02 worked fine. Informed hotel reception.

It was easy and straightforward to connect .it did take time and glitched initially but connected well. Also would like to raise a concern that the charging points were empty on site, but they showed busy and could not connect as per convenience to connect to the car.

I have to use this app to charge at my place of work. Great when it works, BUT 1) often when I select a charger, the 'Start Charging' button doesn't appear, so I can't charge. Restarting the app, rebooting the phone, changing charger don't help 2) Even when it works, it can't read the QR codes on the chargers. 3) It lists the chargers in random order - not helpful when you have to find the right one out of 40!

Having to pay £40 up front when you open a Fuse account is a bit rich, especially when I only have a PHEV. The cost is steep. £3 for a charge that took me less than 15 miles

This is one unreliable app which isn't ideal when you really need to charge. They need to sort out authentication badly! I've been kicked out of the app and cannot sign in again, via SSO or via email authentication methods. Unfortunately there is no other way of using their chargers if the app is broken...
