There's a contactless reader on the charger. Why do I need to download an app, log in and provide details? Probably would be fine if the app actually worked but address search just plain breaks it.

Very slow to connect, often fails to connect, app freezes on payment screen then fails connect, refunds slow, used to have no issues, but cant use AMP chargers anywhere now as they are too unreliable.

Charging session timed out trying to start twice, and they took two £50 holding charges twice as well. Nobody answered the support telephone and the call was eventually disconnected unanswered. Awful experience is an understatement!

Absolute Rubbish. Can't verify in the app, the scent code doesn't work. Can't initiate a charging session from the website. Can't initiate a charging session by swiping a payment card. How on earth are you supposed to charge an electric car?

You're charging points are terrible. Every payment method declined. Speaking to one of your maintenance men on site who said this was an issue everywhere with your sites
