I had a great experience with the help desk. Very patience and helpful. It is a great pity the Boq branch in Geraldton was axed. It has been missed.

App doesn't work. Was on hold for two and a half hours, and they wouldn't answer. I can't transfer my own money. I hate BOQ, why I everything so hard with this bank.

Utter rubbish. You'll be lucky if can get it to work more than a few times in a row. Their "updates" always leave it worse off. If you are an online banker avoid BOQ. It would be zero stars if possible.

Have endured over an hour on the phone today with these people and their amateur hour bank - my advice leave! The service is a disgrace - cannot recommend
