There's an issue with the data sync: after making a transfer, you need to refresh the page to see the updated account balance. BTW, the new app icon is much better than the previous one, it's simple and timeless :)

Great but just found out they don't offering loans at the moment-had to go elsewhere for that! That's sad to my replyer...... I stayed with my new BOQ account App, it's great. I was just hoping to open a new loan for consolidating my debts, and they aren't accepting new loans on your website. I went to another lender for that, Unfortunately.

I couldn't use this app as I only had a credit card. That's finally been rectified and it's brilliant. I can see the transactions straight away and make changes on the app. Love it ❤️

Broken. No longer lets me sign in normally, does not recognize my access code, have to reset it every time I enter it. Support is no help. Fix this or else I will close my accounts I did call, and they're useless. Already switched banks

Ever since you changed the system I have had trouble. My credit card has been hacked 3 times in 6 weeks since changing to this app. Previously I could access credit card on internet banking and never had a problem and I could pay the balance by transfer, now I have to BPay. Please Fix the issues BOQ.

"Device access locked" called BOQ and was told to factory reset my phone. I'm not doing that, but I am changing banks now.
