Great but just found out they don't offering loans at the moment-had to go elsewhere for that! That's sad to my replyer...... I stayed with my new BOQ account App, it's great. I was just hoping to open a new loan for consolidating my debts, and they aren't accepting new loans on your website. I went to another lender for that, Unfortunately.

Great customer service! Only wish is for you to add an automated feature to send all interest from every account into one account (like how you can select an account for round ups). Then would super-duper love a "cover from a saver" option (similar to Up). Then my banking and budgeting universe would be satiated 😄 oh! And to also be able to customize my accounts screen, so I can choose what order my accounts appear 😛

With no choice but to move my credit card from BOQ to myboq, nothing but hassles, my time wasted, and I still can't access my CC account online. APP super basic, ubank better. I don't have another spare 2 hours to fix it. Yeah, I'll be moving as soon as I can. Long time BOQ customer too.

Unable to view existing accounts, credit card and home loan on the app. Why would I want to access two different apps to view all my accounts with one bank?? The new account I opened online on the PC can only be viewed in the app. Opening a new account via Internet banking in a web browser is convoluted and has misleading information. Now I have a new account in an app I don't want.
