B property service is very bad and not unnecessary... They don't have the properties they like on their website. Either they say the sale is done or our talks with the owner are not final. They can never show preferred properties, they show properties on their website even after they are sold!

1. Information about the location (to let status) that are shown in the app are not updated. Lots of misinformation is there also. e.g., if you search for commercial space, you will also find lots of residential space in the filtered list. 2. I contacted them for assistance about renting a space. They took too many days even to meet(I cancelled the meeting later, looked for space myself and rented one).
