It's the worst of the worst what the right and what they put the time it takes more than 2 hours and is not about this I make order, and I see in the application the order it's accepted and the delivery is not accepted they send me the number, and I see it, and I call more than 55 minutes, and he said to me, I don't have this order I have never ever see something like this application or delivery by this way

Wrong orders are received by wrong time, support reply: we are not responsible for orders, so what is the application about?! Food, grocery, pharmacy delivery?) Only food delivery available and in the end its wrong food on wrong time with wrong invoices. Want to waste your time and get angry - download After my review, I was blocked by support and from using application which proves one more time that customer service is just below any expectations

The worst app in the world. You have no respect for your customers. You don't care whether they're hungry or not, and you don't even respect the fact that I'm a tourist in your country. You simply canceled my order without even calling or notifying me. I opened the app only to find that my order had been canceled. Honestly, this has been the worst experience I've ever had. This app is not worthy of Sharm El Sheikh
