As of 23/12/2025, I could not even track my packages with these apps. The page will just keep on buffering for 5-10 minutes, and then it will just immediately stop with no result shown. Please, solve this issue!! We are digitalizing everything to make Brunei a 'smart country' but maintaining this apps so that it works just fine also you guys unable to do. Please, solve this problem!

It doesn't work at all. A few months back, there was another app under the same name, stylized differently; BruTRACK, instead of BruTrack. The previous app used to work, now both of them don't even function as intended. You interact with anything, it just spins & loads I think the app is telling us to just go & ask the counter as if the internet doesn't exist. The worst part is, IDEK which post office to ask/go to... Even trying to track through the website doesn't work. Do better.
