Since the latest update my thermostat won't connect to Wi-Fi. Coincidence maybe 🤔 had no issues before update. Update-Evidently it was coincidence 🤔 I had a couple of electronic failures right after the update. My modem decided to die which I didn't notice because I use my phone more than my laptop, and my surge protector also failed.

App works fine on an android phone (app version 1.7.5(22517) android version 12) but will not install on an android tablet (android version 13). The tablet says "this tablet isn't compatible with this app". The tablet is a newer android version than the phone - should it be able to work on android 13? Will it in the future? IIRC an older version of the app did run on the tablet.

Edit: works fine now Blank screen is fixed, but now it keeps taking itself offline. Worked fine before today's update. Now it isn't working at all, doesn't recognize my account, and has a blank screen.

This app (version 1.7.5 - 22517) isn't working on any of my Android devices. I attempt to log in, and it says "the credentials provided were invalid" even after I reset my password. I have three Bryant systems in my house and with the thermostats costing as much as they do, you would think they would have an app that works, but they don't. Frustrated.

This app sucks. Old one was great. Worked just like the thermostat on the wall. Why do you people have to screw with things that work?

What did you do in this latest update? I can't log in or reset my password. It no longer recognizes my email address. You've basically locked me out of the app!! Fixed with version 1.7.2. Thanks. And now you've done it again. Is this amateur hour for software developers? When I log in you now force me to reenter my "Home Location", but any address I put in is rejected. I'm locked out of the app once again. You're killing me with these untested updated. Please hire a competent software developer
