The app doesn't work. I tried connecting my brand new bsk notus to the app. I selected the device, input the Wi-Fi password and the device is connected to the network, but the process fails when connecting to BSK cloud. I wrote an email to thr company however I haven't received an answer for more tham a week

Simple interface, it works but, no Google Home integration or Tuya integration, or SmartThings... So unable to use with other smart home equipments. Waiting for some integration to give 5 star. But the Zephyr hardware is 5 star. Now after it worked 20 h, the app is not working for the last 3 hours it says device disconnected but the router shows it has internet connection... After reset and another 4 hours still not working no server cloud connection. 8+ hours the app is unable to use.

Does not work. I'm trying to connect a Zephyr device, but it gets stuck during the "connecting to cloud" step. Either it just hangs during the process, or I get a message that an error occurred. I just bought the device.
