Comments on BSK Zephyr for Android

At first, I had issues getting the device to sync. The manual could be more detailed on this. But I used the 'contact us' button in app and got support in few hours on the exact sequence of pairing. The app is pretty fine and logical.

Overall really good app, easy to understand and use. But it's NOT possible to set up multiple schedules per day, only one. For example, one in the morning and one in the evening. Can you pls implement this?

★★☆☆☆ przemek p · Oct 29, 2024

While the device is pretty good the app is lacking a lot on functionality. I've 5 of the zephyr decentralized air recovery units installed around my house and as they do their job recovering the heat the app itself is missing a lot. There's no such basic function as automatic time set up, filter reset function doesn't work, when you do a reset on one of the units it disappeared from the app and can't be added back on. Don't bother to contact their help center as no response from them.

★★☆☆☆ Catalin Cucu · Mar 7, 2025

Unit control is broken - power control or speed control not working anymore. Only live sensor data shows. Is BSK aware of this?

★☆☆☆☆ Lars Høgedal · May 26, 2023

App keeps crashing when trying to add a device.
