I love BTB. My huge complaint about the app is that you can't see the menu without beginning an order. I just want to see the menu easily. You make it very difficult.

★☆☆☆☆ Sarah McHenry · Dec 14, 2025

I LOVE brick town brewery, but the app is hard to navigate, it won't tell you what rewards you can redeem, and it also seems like you can't put in recent past receipts to redeem points like other reward apps can. I used the app last night and my server was so helpful in telling me how to use the app, but I feel like if she has to tell me how the app works then It's not very user-friendly. I have used rewards apps before, I have ton on my phone but this particular app was confusing to me.
