Do you live in or near Washington, DC and ride Metro bus, rail, the Circulator, or the streetcar? Then this app is for you!
Find the nearest Metro bus, rail, Circulator, or streetcar stops, when the next bus or train is arriving, and where each route will take you -- all in real time. Plan your trip with built-in transit directions, save your favorite stops for easy access, or search for route maps by name. All with a beautiful interface and lightning quick responsiveness.
It's a joy to use. Green pins on the map are bus stops. Red pins are rail. And purple is the Circulator and the streetcar. Tap a pin to view arrival predictions for that stop. Then, tap the star icon to save to favorites or tap each line to view a route map, so you know where you're going. Use the tabs at the bottom to view the map, favorites, plan trips with transit directions, or view a list of all routes and route maps.
I take the bus and train to work and I made this after my favorite app stopped working. I hope you find it as useful as I do!

Love it. It's great being able to find the nearest bus stop (and where the buses that serve it go) when I'm in an unfamiliar neighborhood, or when I start off walking somewhere then decide it's too cold and miserable to keep going. Also comes in handy when trying to decide between alternate routes: no need to look them up individually, just keep tapping different bus stops until you find a good prospect.
