Best Southampton Taxi Service The driver was on time, friendly, well-spoken and polite which is hard to find in Southampton. Definitely far better than other local taxi ranks like Radio Taxis. The app was on point and worked perfectly. I'm always going to use Cab My Ride from now on.

If I could, I would give zero stars! Booked return taxi to the airport and one day before the trip they cancelled. No explanation. When I called to ask what happened, as they took payment and sent a confirmation email, the operator said he needed to talk to management to find out. When I asked to speak to them, he said they were busy... on the school run?! The operator said they would call me back within the hour, but I never heard from anyone again. Unbelievable!! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!!

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Waited over 49 minutes, Car did not show up on time, only excuse was the system was down....never assigned a driver until we had already hired another car (when the first one was late) and they still charged us for the trip! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are unreliable!

Horrible service... pre-booked in advance taxi turned up more than 10 minutes later... estimate fare price was much less than the actual price, although there was no traffic or whatsoever ... specifically registered both of my cards in case they don't accept master card and in the end of my trip I still had to spend nearly 20 minutes on the phone with head office to get my payment through as card not as cash because driver couldn't figure out what is wrong with their own system. App to be deleted and never used again... wouldn't recommend it to anyone
