Calgary Transit is exploring a new, innovative way to deliver transit service. We’re introducing on-demand service in the southwest communities of Aspen Woods, Christie Park, Strathcona Park, Signal Hill, Springbank Hill and Discovery Ridge and the between the northeast communities of Carrington and Livingston, and the North Pointe transit hub.
Use the app to select a time that you’d like a ride. Enter your pick-up location within the highlighted zones and the app will let you know when to expect your ride, and where to wait.

It's a useful service. I miss when the service was offered till midnight even on weekends, since the regular buses run every 45 minutes on weekends

The app itself is good, but the service is absolutely terrible. Last Sunday the service ends at 6pm, but the latest ride I could get was 4:40pm eich I couldn't make, so it essentially left me stranded. The capacity of the vehicles is also terrible having to cram into either a ford transit van or a Toyota minivan.

I like this service. When you're there to catch it on time, it's a few minutes faster than the bus. It's a nice option to the regular buses.

The system does not work properly. Gives errors about rides not being in service when the bus is at my stop. As well as not being able to find a ride when booking an hour in advance.

The app is poor. I used to have a permanent route with consistent/convenient pick-up times & it was almost always on time. My max. ride time was 20 min. Now, pick-up times/locations are often inconsistent & inconvenient...& I've had rides up to 40 min. Wait times at the stop are longer, the routes taken are often ridiculously inefficient, drivers are late more often. The app has been going for 3 years or so (?) but they can't work out the numerous problems. I want my old route back.

Drivers leave 1 minute after they arrive. And they either come way too early or way too late. Way to go calgary, another stupid program that doesn't work
