Use it all the time, but the bikes are about ready to be replaced, especially the ebikes. I know the City is working on it (original manufacture went out of business), and they're doing their best. Overall, when it works, it's a great cheap ride.

Bike wouldn't unlock the secondary lock. Customer service nonexistent despite calling during posted business hours. Voicemail box was full so couldn't even leave a message. Main number posted on the bike wasn't even for the raleigh service. This service is a joke.

The bikes are not maintained well. I was stranded miles from the nearest docking station because a bike pedal fell off, and I had to walk. And then they charged me for not returning it on time

Extremely frustrating. The app is poorly designed. The bike glitched out on me and would not let me park it at the dock (and they can only be left at a dock, unlike scooters). No one answered at the tech support line. Would recommend using a scooter over these, even if these were free.

Found out they deactivated my account because they never charged my card for the 2 bikes I used. My cards are not expired but in the app it says expired. They deactivated once I added another card to pay off the old balance to start a new ride. I tried calling customer service for 2 days and nothing. I created a new account and apparently there is a refundable 25 dollar deposit all of a sudden, but says final amount due $0. They charged my card both for $0 and $25.
