Great service, I don't have transportation and the electric bikes are really handy for someone like me whose had 3 knee surgeries. My only complaint is that they closed due to COVID but not their fault. Also, there's a fake RVA Bike Share app on the Play Store, this is the real one. 6/5 stars.

Seen these bikes when I was riding a Lime scooter. Since Lime was so easy I figured RVA Bike would be also. I was wrong! Whoever made the app and bike shouldn't be proud of themselves. No timer in the app so you have to set your own to be back in 45 minutes, no spot to put your phone on the bike, The basket holes are big enough for your phone to fall through, so I ended up dropping my phone and cracked the screen all for the low price of $1.75 plus a $25 deposit. Never again!

Downloaded this app to attempt to use the bike share at a kiosk. It refused to accept two different cards I tried to use, which I use every day. When I called customer service, the reps wanted me to just give out all my card information to them over the phone, as if they didn't have enough sense to realize that is sensitive information. Don't waste your time. It's too bad, because it would be nice to be able to bike share.
