Made an appointment with a provider 2–3 weeks in advance as that was the only appointment. I had to travel unexpectedly the day of my appointment and for some reason that made the provider uncomfortable, and he canceled my appointment, and we agreed to reschedule for the following day. The next day he flaked on my appointment and Care First didn't have the ability to help me get an immediate appointment despite waiting for so long. The program doesn't have enough doctors & therefore not convenient.
