Greatly appreciate the service and all the extras that they provide for my babies. The only problem I'm having is the program says they give $150 monthly for OTC products, but they've only given $10 a piece to my kids which isn't nowhere near what is state to receive. I can't add their dentist whom they've been going to for years (that accepts care source) but I can't find the dentist nowhere on the website. Hopefully I can get some help with resolving these issues, especially not getting $

I love to see the claims to match up with the bills I get. Oftentimes, Care Source says I owe zero, but the doctors/hospital, etc., still bill me. I don't like saying I'm being rewarded for preventative things I do and not being able to redeem after hitting redeem. The care managers are AWESOME to have on our side. If you have a problem of any kind, call and ask for a care manager.

The app doesn't load 90% of the time. When you call to report the problem, they say to use the app????? I cannot wait to change insurance companies.

Disappointing. It promises a lot, but I've had nothing but issues with it. Password issues, and now I can't get it to load after putting in the correct password. I'll update if it starts working. Edit: Thanks for making it, so I can enter the app. Issue is that no information is loading. When I go to my portal it goes to a page OUT of the app that doesn't load. I'll update if fixed.

I got a new phone, so I was trying to log into this app. When I try to log in I keep getting a msg to have a code sent to my # but the # it's trying to send the code to doesn't work because I changed my #. I also get a msg saying unable to log in. Then it gives me option to send a link to my email and I never receive the email and the email that's on file is correct, but I still don't receive any emails from ca resource at all. When I called carouse I got told they can't help. So app is deleted
