No issues connecting, I will say the instructions is missing a step, once you plug it in, unplug it then press the power button once you hear the prompts then you can plug it back then follow the rest of the instructions.

Unable to set up a cavalier air through Wi-Fi, have tried multiple times and went as far as trying an open network with no success. When I connect to the built-in service as instructed to set up manually, the device returns a page not found.

No customer support. Phone dials then hangs up. Can't log into the app. Can't reset password. Cant do anything but use the Bluetooth. If I had known this was going to be an issue I would have never bought this item. Speaker sounds great but fail on everything from there website to the phone

Can't connect to a hidden network? It is 2021 come on now... Update: can't even log can't even log into the app no more, expensive speaker is a paperweight now.
