A bad app. won't load with basic data. With Medici although it took a while, but at least it would still load up for me to purchase data. This CelcomDigi app tho, loading so long EVEN with a good Wi-Fi and an internet plan. You know, if you want to discontinue something, at least make the successor better than its predecessors. This one tebalik kulak, better don't discontinue first and just make this bad app as an extra until u make it better😮‍💨🙄 should call this MyBugApp, tons of bugs

U need to optimize ur app... currently it's in terrible condition with so many problem and very inconvenient system, pls make a reload with optional amount like if I want to reload rm 45 ringgit I need to do multiple payments just for it ..... such terrible experience if u still not improving in this 2 month then I will no longer use celcom or digi in my life and also will tell other to avoid using celcom and digi

Very bad experience with Digi/CelcomDigi SIM. My SIM suddenly shows “No Service” even though the CelcomDigi app says my number is Active. I have tried the SIM in different phones and also tried restarting, Airplane Mode, network settings and other troubleshooting, but still no network. I would not recommend Digi/CelcomDigi to others until this issue is properly fixed and the network/SIM support becomes more reliable.
