Charged me £154 but gave me a invoice for £29, and then you phone up to get told 24/48 hours someone will contact you regarding the issue it's a joke im being charged additional charges on my card because of this

Unable to reset password. The UI to resetting a password is pretty poor - I go from one error screen to the next and then when I am able to put in my new password, it doesn't give me the ability to save it. I really wish char.gy used roaming apps so that they can take care of the tech/ UI and char.gy can focus on the hardware

They are supposed to NOT take the £25 upfront fee if you put card details into the app, but they still do. So as of today they have £50 of my money plus £8 for a charge a couple of days ago and then what they will take later tonight. Then as it's Christmas, this money won't be refunded until early next week. This after Char.gy repeatedly say this doesn't happen. So beware!
