Bahut Beirut Beirut fatiha service! Na time ka pata, na pickup point ki sahi info. Call karo toh ya phone band, ya koi jawab nahi. Bus hamesha late, aur staff ka behavior extremely badtameez. Ladies ke liye koi safety nahi, koi updates nahi, zero professionalism. Itni bekaar service maine kabhi nahi Delhi. Bilkul recommended nahi karta. Time, paisa aur patience sab barbaad ho gaya.

Poor Service. Took a journey from Indore to Bhopal on 13 May 2025, and I am a frequent traveler. The bus broke down mid-way and no there were no adequate arrangements made for alternative bus. The staff is rude and doesn't know how to talk to the customers. I suggest taking NueGo electric bus over chartered.
