Having the best qualities of chess, Chessformer offers a grid-based board game experience using the familiar chess pieces you know and love. These pieces move as expected, but they fall down after moving and can't move again until they have stopped falling. The goal in each level is to capture the opposing king. ★★★★★ Super clever and great puzzles. Really makes you think about different solutions for each of the levels. And then learn from them for later levels. It doesn't hold your hand or provide clues, which is great for a puzzle game. My one negative thought is how few levels there actually are, there is 25, which isn't necessarily small, but it doesn't take long to complete them all and each level doesn't exercise the brain upon replay after the first time.
