don't use this app! crashed when I was at the train station to pick up my tickets!! then lost all my booking info. customer service phone numbers are disconnected..typical Chinese incompetence and poor service!!

Used this app 2 times to book tickets, both times they took my money and then many hours later told me they didn't manage to book my ticket. Instead of automatically refunding my money, they made me have to call them to get my money refunded. Do not recommend.
