New update works well. I Jane no clue what is worth all the crashes others are reporting. Mine has never crashed and sync works well. Some of the metrics like step count need a little work still for accuracy but by and large it is coming along nicely. Really need to implement background sync.

Syncs complete, and some of the previous data is showing. A notification of maintenance is up now and a few hours ago they shared some info in the maintenance note, but there was a large period of time that was just silence.

!!!DO NOT BUY A CIRCULAR RING!!! I thought buying one would save me from paying a subscription only to find that the ring stopped providing sleep insights, the EKG does not function, step counts are terribly inaccurate and insights do not work anymore just to name a few issues. The ring itself does provide heart rate but that is often inaccurate and is always inaccurate during exercise. Find a reputable manufacturer - this is not.

Any news on including happiness and water monitoring? 1star review in hope that developers see & act. The app would be so much better if focussed on happiness. It tracks heart rate, wellness, sleep etc. but at no points asks "are you happy?". It would be great if the AI and inputs could focus here. In a world with depression being unfortunately so prolific, an AI to check in on happiness could make all the difference. In addition, for pure medical heatlh measures please also add water intake.

For whatever reason, the app keeps crashing when trying to sync the data from the ring. This happens a lot...but usually fixes itself. Now, it is crashing all the time on sync.

ABSOLUTE JUNK! Don't waste money on it. I supported their Kickstarter and was an early recipient of the ring. Seemed to work fine until the December firmware update broke things and subsequent firmware & app updates made things worse. Step count is consistently 3x-4x actual; sleep measurements make me out to be an insomniac. I don't understand how they got medical grade health metrics approval on anything. I've been bounced around customer service since Jan., now stuck in AI help wasteland.
