Very Very Useful, very very slow on customers service... but nice and helpful

Good service, nice premium interior, punctuality is good. It's a shame that the fleet still uses Hino vehicles; they should use Scania, Volvo, Mercedes-Benz or MAN vehicles, which are much more comfortable. Hightly recomanded.

I'm disappointed with Cititrans because I've been transferred twice from executive bus line to executive shuttle and in my opinion, it's also worth considering replacing the Malang male customer service because his attitude is not good.

Just like other users here, every time I tried paying with card the app moves me to the home page instead of the payment page (both app and website). And even worse, I can't change the payment method, and so I have to wait 30 minutes until the order fails. This has been going on for months, complete waste of time!
