I don't use these car rent apps often, and it's quite annoying how often the app disconnects the user (as it seems to me). But that's the only complaint - the cars themselves are great and modern, and the app is well-built and easy to use. Better than bolt drive imho

Doesn't allow me to add driver's license, says it's not valid, when it is and other renting apps have no problem with it. Wrote to the support about the problem, absolutely useless, told me they can't do anything about it.

During Jo nines we had a flight to Kaunas, we needed to get to Vilnius, but all cars were limited for reservation. We had to pay double the price for a taxi, just to get home

Worst experience ever. first of all, was unable to put car in drive gear. I pull lever to drive but nothing happens. I was trying for up to 20 minutes. Called support and they fixed the issue online. The gear was somehow locked remotely. Secondly, legal speed limit is 130 in summer in kaunas vilnius road. I used cruise control set on 130. During my drive I get a call to my phone which is saying something like "you are exceeding speed limit, slow down, or you will be fined". Seriously???
