It crashes when launching the create a request button touched. This has gone on for months, it's a useless app without that ability.

Keeps stoping when I hit the request button. No surprise there. But there rite there when they want something! Go pg! They found another way to duck out on the city!!

The largest app on my phone!!! Needs an account but nowhere to create an account. Found were to enter an account. App is sometimes slow the buttons need a long press to activate. I was able to put in a service request. When I first used the app (shortly after first release) I was not able to submit a service request at that time.
