Just got it. Dining table test drive report is that it's all that's advertised. Custom temp sets and is retained after BT disconnect, and remains after power cycle. That means you can assign a custom temp for each probe once from the app and it sticks. Time will tell, but straight away, things look great.

I had a lot of "app not working" issue. This happened when I was trying to change the choices after it was connected. So finally after about an hour I turned the thermometer unit off, turned the app back on my phone and set what I wanted. Then turned the unit back on, and it has been fine so far since. (Also, I saw some of the reviews that had issues with the temp presets - you can easily just add a new preset and choose your temp, and it saves to the same screen, so you can use again later.)

It worked flawlessly until my Samsung note 8 until the latest android update... I just noticed the updated version tag on the app, so I thought I would try to pair the unit... enabled Bluetooth on the phone started the app, pressed the start button at the bottom of the app, and it prompted me to press the button on top of the device. Pressed it and it connects!! Happy Camper once again, changed from 2 stars to 5!!

After latest updates it just started scanning then shuts down. It's junk if Bluetooth won't work.

Needs to be updated, so we may pair the Bluetooth. I got this as a gift for Xmas and I have used it before with no issues. But now when I try and pair it the Bluetooth will not connect. 1234 and 0000 don't work. I followed the instructions 10 times and got the same result. UPDATE THE APP SO I CAN GRILL!!!

App crashes just as you start it. Tried reinstalling and installing on different phones (s5 and s8) Same behavior. Completely useless. Thermometer was great while it worked, it was my favorite. However, until they fix the app it is now a paperweight
