This app is literally just the website and there's no advantage to downloading this over going to the coach website so if you are like me and was trying to buy tickets and coach's terrible website wasn't working... don't expect this horrible excuse of an app to be any better

1. Buying the same ticket again takes too many taps. A checkbox target is too small and requires multiple taps to hit it. Why do I need to reenter my email, you know it? Why do I need to accept any TOS, it's not required when I buy a paper ticket or for any kind of transportation (or reloading an MTA card)? 2. I always use the same route, yet to check its current schedule I have to type both origin and destination every time, why? 3. Finally, how about NFC payments on the bus?

So not only is the app down we are being told to buy them off website and being charged a $10.00 Fuel surcharge Nice going coach now I know why the app is down, so you can put the $10 fuel surcharge on it. You are subsidized from our tax dollar aren't you so why the surcharge charge?
