Comments on Code Red Lifestyle for Android

★★★★★ Fantastic new platform for the code red lifestyle. No adds, lots of Cristy interaction.

★★★★★ I love the Code Red app! Everything I need is right there in it. It's new and takes some getting use to, but the help is phenomenal when you need it. It's a great program to live your life by and Cristy is the best at helping you to lose weight. Her no nonsense approach is just what I like.

★★☆☆☆ If you want or need to seek support you must either pay for a program or wait until a "coach" posts a generic question. Often repeated generic questions. Seek out a more supportive program. Code Red is a good program but let's call it what it is, strict keto, and there are so very many resources for finding support, encouragement, and information about the keto lifestyle. And, hint, there's a reason why no POC are "coaches" or "mentors". However, money talks, and she'll take it from them
