Great job on all my floors! Carpets, vinyl, and inside outside carpet too. Picks up cat & dog hair. I love it does all the work by online app. Just empty dirt plus clean brushes after each cleaning. It is ready for the next day. I can use it many times a day. I only use it at 6pm every evening. My floors look amazing! I love my robot vacuum!

The Bessel app is transparent. Easy to understand. The feature which lets the Bessel robot clean a certain area, only is not working for me. The idea is to remove stains. The robot is ment to be placed on top of the stain and so eventually remove the stain. This feature does not work. Though it could be useful.

NEW REVIEW: the app used to have no-go zones and these are advertised in the user guide for the flex clean. However, there is no longer an option to add no-go zones. Android app current version.

Terrible app. My spin wave which had connected to the app for 2 years could no longer connect. I bought a factory refurbished unit from Bissell and that couldn't connect either then I bought a brand-new unit, and it won't connect. In the meantime I have spent t literally hours on the phone with various tech support people...an utter waste of time. Now I can only use the robot manually which means I lose many operating functions

It works like a vacuum, obviously. Controlling it with the app is the part that sucks. I have so many issues since the update and new battery in the unit as far as the app is concerned. I just push the button on the vacuum now. That's the only way it works.
