Comments on BISSELL Connect for Android

★★★★★ Maria Johnson · Apr 26, 2025

Exceptional all in one dusting, mopping, and vacuuming. Easy to set up, schedule and maintain long battery charge. I definitely highly recommend. The Bissell customer service exceeded expectations.

★★★★★ Paul Cousineau · Oct 9, 2026

Alexa Bissell Connect Skill Enable Failure. When you try to enable the Bissell Connect skill in Alexa through your app (named Alexa DART in settings), it fails on mobile and web. You need to alert your software people at Bissell that this functionality does not work, and they need to work with Amazon to figure out why and then jointly deploy a solution. Alexa says it's a problem with the Bissell software. Other than this annoyance, the app and unit both work as expected.

Great job on all my floors! Carpets, vinyl, and inside outside carpet too. Picks up cat & dog hair. I love it does all the work by online app. Just empty dirt plus clean brushes after each cleaning. It is ready for the next day. I can use it many times a day. I only use it at 6pm every evening. My floors look amazing! I love my robot vacuum!

★★★★☆ Michael Albry · Dec 28, 2024

The Bessel app is transparent. Easy to understand. The feature which lets the Bessel robot clean a certain area, only is not working for me. The idea is to remove stains. The robot is ment to be placed on top of the stain and so eventually remove the stain. This feature does not work. Though it could be useful.

★☆☆☆☆ Ira Dorter · May 3, 2025

Terrible app. My spin wave which had connected to the app for 2 years could no longer connect. I bought a factory refurbished unit from Bissell and that couldn't connect either then I bought a brand-new unit, and it won't connect. In the meantime I have spent t literally hours on the phone with various tech support people...an utter waste of time. Now I can only use the robot manually which means I lose many operating functions

★☆☆☆☆ Jay Ramani · Feb 28, 2026

Used to be integrated with Alexa, but Amazon has now removed the skill, rendering this a Bissell app only controlled EV775 robot vacuum cleaner. Never had Google Home integrated. This is a really lousy design, given that competitors like iRobot enable their vacuums to be controlled via Alexa and Google. Also, the app is buggy as hell. No wonder Bissell products are at the bottom end of the spectrum. To other customers looking to buy a Bissell robot vacuum, stay away if you want smart cleaning.

I cannot install it on android 8, what is the minimum required version of android ? Why no battery charge as percentage ? Why no map of area cleaned ? It worked with android 8 up to version 3.197 of 2/9/2023, wrote to the developer email but no reply, it should not require latest android can you fix it.

Crosswave cordless max is a sad joke, brand-new device and immediately had errors, I sent it back and never buying this brand
