My Canada Post delivery person on. South Park St is excellent. They always go that extra mile to make sure deliveries are as prompt as possible. Even today, the parcel being delivered was too big for the post box on my floor (I located at 1333 South Park St) and is normally left in the basement post office lockers. The postman put it on a trolley and brought it to my apartment. Just one example, there are many. Great service from people that care !! Thank you !! You are not recognized enough !!

The design updates are sleek, but the app itself doesn't update in real time. I get delivery notifications minutes ahead from the vendor via the shop app. Even clearing the cache doesn't force it to update the tracking status. I don't know if updates only get pushed in batches or the caching system in the app is too aggressive, but it would be better for it to update tracking statuses in real time.

Online identity verification fails completely, forcing users to visit a physical post office just to get basic mail notifications. To make matters worse, there is no way to delete your account or personal data inside the app—you're forced to call customer service. Uninstalled. No wonder Canada Post is losing money.

Verify my adress to use My Mail didn't work at all. I used my adress exactly as it is on my ID card, just like the app says. I had 3 chances, and after it says visit your local post office to verify your adress. No, thank you! Uninstall!

Cannot verify for My Mail and chatbot is useless. No instructions provided. I think you need to set up an ID with Bluink, but cannot verify. Will try going to postal office to verify there, as I really could use this service
