Since the update of this app, the MasterCard function is extremely buggy. It takes far longer than previous versions for the account balance and transactions to show up in app which makes it confusing to calculate what funds are actually available, in some cases inverting what is available with what has been spent. Please look into this, it is a frustrating user experience.

Old up was much, much better. Not only the overview was easier to understand, but I'm missing features that I need and had before. Now I can't add customers reference when I do a transaction

Extremely limited functionality. Like an app from the 2000s. It doesn't automatically recognize senders, you can't just select a contact and initiate a transfer. You can't see transactions older than 180 days. Everything has to manually typed in. I wish Germans would hire foreign developers, this is just so backwards and embarrassing. Update: Seems they have a bunch of paid (illegal) fake positive ratings here. I'd be careful switching to this bank.

Bank Website informs, app runs on Android 5 and newer, when installed app prompts: 9 and newer required. Please fix your app to run as advertised to run on Android 5 and newer. On Android 8 it installs but does not open.

No language choice in app. Dates are randomly both in US and GB format without knowing which format is being used. Transfers to Wise Bank keep failing. No reason given, nor does customer service know why.
