This is crazy how bad this app is. it's the worst UI and UX I've seen for home appliances. It's super unintuitive, it's super clunky. It was built by a people who never used mobile apps in their livers. Any Chinese app for Chinese vacuum is much better. Beware of this joke. Probably the best part of this app is that it supports Android 6.0, wow, that's really a DECISION someone made hahaha

Not easy to use, maps often get lost, and you need to reset the robot and make new maps

Probably the most buggy app that I have ever used. As someone who's been working in software dev for over 12yrs I simply cannot understand how could it get through to production?! It was full of flaws from the beginning and eventually lost all the data it had gathered through the last 3 weeks. So now my robot is just a useless piece of garbage. Thank you, guys, for delivering the product of such astounding quality.

After firmware update I lost the map which I tried hard to generate it, and now I have to regenerate it, putting the same efforts. I would have given 0 stars, but unfortunately it's impossible. It restored its map again.
