The app tells me that my printer is not connected to the network when it literally is. I can't find past print jobs or the ones I save. Prints with borders and cuts off the things I want to print even though the pictures are in the right size. The printer itself is very confusing too. Printer is also overall not good. Ink is way too expensive for this bad quality it's very confusing especially with the app just the worst, can not recommend

First they made us get the smart HP smart saying that we had to have a special app to be able to print then they change it back to the name HP, and with the last update there's absolutely nothing showing in the app now! And even Google is screwing up you can't even use the talk feature and have it continue to keep having to push the bloody button!!!!? What happened to Quality??????? It's definitely not HP or Google anymore!!!!! I honestly think it's this AI garbage!!!!!

Overengineered printing. Awful printing experience. Getting the thing to print is an art rather than science. Printing should not be this painful in 2026 - simplify the offering and just reliably print!
