I used to have zero problems with this app, and I used it all the time to easily scan documents. Suddenly it freezes every time I scan a document now, and I can't get it to work. I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. I'll have to use another app now I don't recommend this app.

UPDATE: Figured out why the app was not working with Wi-Fi Direct on the phone app. Fiddled around with the app permissions and apparently the 'Nearby Devices' and 'Notifications' have to be enabled. Hopefully this information helps someone especially if you're the type of person that frequently disallows some permissions in apps.

What happened? I used to be able to print easily and readily from this app, it looks like there is no longer the option to print. This app is slowly just getting worse and worse over time.

Used to work, now, it doesn't load. I even tried deleting it from the phone and reinstall AND still didn't work. I am almost at the point to cancel the ink subscription as well because my family always has issues with the printer and app.
