I will never fly with Lufthansa again. I was extremely disappointed to be charged an unexpected baggage fee at the boarding gate. The additional charge was unnecessary and could have been handled more transparently. This experience was frustrating and has left me with a very negative impression of the airline.

Not possible to log in to your profile you can check your flights but not your profile. Also not possible to book flights through the app unless you have all your details with you and that's kind of pointless having an app.

Worst flight of my life. I left London with a small bag, no problem. Returned from Frankfurt and was charged €70 for the same bag. I'll never travel with Lufthansa ever again.
