It helps me find the exact location and most of the time the buses are on time. They have such talented, patient, professional and friendly staff who drive everyone safely. Highly recommended. Thank you. Edit: Thank you kindly. My feedback is for VRN driving staff from Gimmeldingen, Neustadt a Der Weinstraße.

When its shows the stop on the map, there is no option to turn the map with fingers.

It stopped showing my ticket. All of a sudden there's nothing to show, and you are in front of the bus.

Information about departures Is not realtime. You can't count on it !! For two days buses are not working but in the app you can see they are on time!

The new update is soooo annoying. Semesterticket users could easily see connections that include only trains that are allowed. Now it's changed for some reason. I can remove ICE/IC/EC trains but now FlixTrain are considered local regional trains and I can't seem to remove that option (since they are not included in the semester ticket). Now planning a trip is so much harder for absolutely no good reason. Please fix this!

myVRN is about to the replacement the eTarif app, which seemed to be designed by someone who actually used it daily l, unlike myVRN. For instance, in the myVRN app it does not seem to be possible to register a DB card for 'Luftlinientickets', which could lead to one missing to tick it. In the aftermath, the online support claimed wrong ticket prices ~ trying to trick customers.

App icon broken, does not support Android adaptive icon introduced with Android 8 (implemented in less than 15 minutes). Square icon is put into a round icon on my phone. Hurts the overall experience as it makes the app seem to not support modern standards. We now have Android 16. This app is to 8 years behind in supporting standards.
